If you've played live on stage or even a casual jam with your friends to
test a group - one of the most annoying things guitarists have a thing
called FEEDBACK!
If you do not know what information is - is that its terrible steep slope
coming from the speakers.
Usually happens when you place the microphone too close to speakers or play
the guitar directly in front of the amplifier.
Not only does this damage your ears, but it puts the audience off when they
hear you play!
Now I am not an expert on reaction dynamics. But I played on stage several
times and I learned some tricks to avoid feedback to occur ...
The first step is to lower your high of your amp. Too acute invites
feedback so do not too high in the settings of your amp.
The second step is to lower the volume of the guitar for only 3 / 4. Do not
turn the volume up full as this is invites huge feedback! Always leave a
little space on the volume, so as not to put all the way up. Only 3 / 4 and
I guarantee that you reduce feedback at least 80% with this thing.
Another trick is to reduce the gain or distortion on your amp. When you
play softly, you can turn your gain or distortion full. But when you start
playing with some serious volume, turn your gain only 50%.
'll Always get the same noise and distortion, but the trick is to avoid
reactions occur when you play hard.
Finally, if you use an effects pedal, turn on only 3 / 4 Road. Like your
guitar - always leave a little leeway as it offers greater control over
noise and keeps your game tight!
I remember this - if you keep the volume control, reduce the level of
feedback and have a sound much closer, as on all bands. If you implement a
whole and try to dominate the world - you look a mess and out of control.
