Celebration of Louis Barry Polis

Sarah Shaoul February 27, 2010 Barry Louis Polis is a prolific writer and performer of music for children. A renewal of interest since his song, "All I Want Is You" was rediscovered and used his Oscar, Grammy and Juno, the leader of the soundtrack album. Even more interesting is Polis return, participating in a tribute album recorded by musicians who have fans since they were children.

Organized by a fan in California, musicians from around the world have recorded songs Polis on a new 2-CD called: We're not kidding! A Tribute to Barry Louis Polis.

This collection of songs follows sweet melodies and fun run from Vespers, Purple Mums and Alyssa Robbins and rowdy songs to ridicule by Radioactive Chicken Heads, Key Wilde and Mr. Clarke and Barry Louis Polis itself.

"All I Want Is You" by The Evening Prayer "is a song sweet voice echoed Dolly Parton country with a Far Eastern-sounding guitar. The song is followed by the melodious and full of humor: "My brother thinks he's a banana", performed by Deleon.

I Eat Kids "is a raucous revolt vegetarian who takes the boy laughing sweeter.

This disk 2 sets with a total of 60 songs is a brilliant collection that can provide hours of entertainment for years to come.
