Modern notation, musical score (also known as "Music") is now available in several formats, including the recent advent of digital music sheet (available for free download illegal and legally for a price), often downloadable and printable format. PDF Portable Digital Format. One can say that at least in the western world there is a beginning to abandon the form of paper books. Partition other than the tablature (Tab tablature or alias), which is another form of musical notation that tells players where to place their fingers on a particular instrument rather than places to play. This is a popular form of sheet music for beginners to learn to play guitar.
If a piece of instrumental music to be represented by more than a musician, every artist are held in a room separate from the sheet of music, called.

When the different instrumental parts and sung in a musical work are printed together, the music that results is called a grading sheet. A score usually consists of musical notation with each instrumental and vocal part in vertical alignment (which means that simultaneous events in the notation for each part are arranged spelling). The score term is also used to refer to the scores written for a unique artist.
Tab is available in a variety of formats:
• A partition contains music for all instruments and voices of a musical composition aligned in a fixed order.
• A miniature score is like a score, but smaller.
• Scores of study is often the same size (and often indistinguishable) a score in miniature, except for the name. Some study scores are octavo size and are located somewhere between the size and evaluation in miniature. Partition of study may include additional information on music and the scoring for the educational purpose.
• A piano reduction (aka piano reduction) is a transcription of a piano piece for many parts of the show, including orchestral works, this can include purely instrumental sections within large vocal works (see vocal score below).
• Scores speech (aka, a piano-vocal score) and a reduction of the total score of a vocal work (eg opera, musicals, oratorios, cantatas, etc.) to show the vocal parts (solo and choir), their staffs and the orchestral parts in a piano reduction (usually for two hands) in the vocals: the purely orchestral sections of the score are also reduced for piano (without the spoken dialogue). If part of the work is a cappella, a piano reduction of the vocal parts is often added by the repetition (which is often the case with religious music).

• A series of agreements or "chart" contains little more melodic, but provides details about harmony and rhythm. This is the most common form of printing musical notation used by professional musicians.
